Marugbo soup
A medicinal soup made with marugbo leaves, efirin leaves, and a combination of peppersoup spices. In Ondo state, it is prepared for new mothers to help with digestion and reduce bloating. The soup is often eaten with pounded yam, Eba, starch, amala, fufu, pupuru, rice, or even bread.
